Christian Lombardo is a highly motivated and passionate individual creating maximum results for all his clients. Having been involved in the fitness industry since 1993, Christian holds four certifications: International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Master Trainer, United States of America Weightlifting (USAW) Club Coach, Russian Kettlebell Challenge Certification, and Tier Three Personal Trainer at Equinox Fitness Club in Manhattan, New York.
During his 2 year role as Fitness Manager for the 50th street Equinox Location Christian supervised and educated a staff of personal trainers. Additionally Christian has taught courses on functional anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics, motor learning, program design, flexibility, exercise and movement strategy, and more.
Christian is an intense and motivated trainer in creating client programs to develop muscle mass, strength, power, sports performance, and flexibility. Specialized training in strength, body building, sports performance, lifestyle improvement, weight loss management, post rehab, Olympic weight lifting, kettlebell performance and Nutritional management. Christian takes his clients to their goals and beyond, for lifelong benefits.

Christian is by far the best trainer I have worked with. His knowledge of weight training, kettle bell training, body weight training, dinosaur training, and unconventional training methods, as well as human biology and physiology, and nutrition are unparalleled.
Christian knows of an almost unlimited number of ways to train each and every muscle in ones body and he has a very keen knowledge on what each movement and excercise does, why it works, and how. Additionally, his passion and personality are contagious and his powers of motivation and persuasion will keep you coming back for more and more (though many times a lot more sore!). Very soon after, you will notice, feel, and see some very real changes.
Even on days where I'm tired or sore or have a hundred other things going on, I look forward to my work outs with Christian for all the above reasons. As he says: Rest when you're dead and just DO IT!

Christian uses his own special blend of "old school" techniques (a combination of kettlebells, rack exercises, Pilates, rubber bands and sledgehammers! It is intense and not for the weary of faint of heart. See Christian if you are ready to work like you have never worked before. I never would have believed the results from just an hour a week. One hour is all I need now thanks to Christian.

Christian is a technical trainer. We have concentrated on kettlebells and a variety of special equipment: thick bars, sandbags, a variety of grip devices, chains. In each case Christian has selected an unusual and effective way to focus exercises on specific strength requirements. Coupled with a no-nonsense approach, this method has been successful and never dull. As he says, "Just Do It!"
