Angela Sundberg: Biography
ANGELA
SUNDBERG MS BODYSCAPE'S
founder, began her career in rehab. Angela trains instructor's in functional exercise protocols, including self-defense techniques, sports-specific exercise and kettlebells. Angela is a STOTT PILATES® certified Instructor Trainer, certified GYROTONIC®/Gyrokinesis™ instructor, CSCS, and member of the National Athletic Trainers'
Association. In addition, Angela is PDR certified (Personal Readiness Defense), a certified Kettlebell Instructor (RKC), and trained in Russian Martial Arts. Angela has trained over 75 professional athletes and trained and mentored over 1000 fitness professionals
here and internationally. She is the founder and current director of the Performance Pilates certification programs.
