I have not worked out in a while and did not want to work out at a gym. Diane came to my home and was very informative and explained to me just what I would be doing. She then gave me instruction on technique and instruction on what to do for my first lesson. Diane watched me demonstrate my excercises and gave me helpful tips on how to correct the way that I was doing the excercise. She was very professional but personable at the same time. I feel that this is a way for me to stay in my own home and still get the quality workout that I need. Can't wait for my next lesson!!!

Diana talked me into trying kettlebells for the first time this fall. I am an avid triathlete, but I always struggle with finding and sticking with a good strength routine to complement my endurance training. She did a great job of not only convincing me of the benefits, but giving me one-on-one instruction. I feel that after her lesson, I know how to use the bells safely and effectively. Best of all, this is something I can use frequently both in the off season and during racing season.

Diana's enthusiasm about her certification convinced me to look into Kettlebells as a way to improve fitness and strengthen muscles, so I asked Diana to give myself and a few friends an intro to Kettlebells.
Diana , in her well organized approach, showed us the basic moves to swing the kettlebell in a safe and accurate way. I was amazed to learn that the easy to learn work out is a great way to keep fit, and develop my aging muscles.
We all came away with a boost of energy, and the realization that kettlebell workouts are a fun and invigorating way to improve our health and muscle power.
Thanks to Diana, I now have a better understanding of the saying "Use it or lose it".

I had been following Diana's blog for some time, and know how she got in great shape from the kettlebells. I want to get in better shape, so Diana offered to train me and my husband with the KB's. Diana showed us swings and squats with the bells. While I thought the training was relatively simple, the major thing was proper form. Diana made sure we worked out properly, rested well, and even put together workout programs for us to use at home. She showed us dynamic stretches to make sure we don't get injured. She explained everything, every step of the way. She kept it fun but very purposeful.
The rest of the day, I felt my body more engaged that ever. I felt muscles I didn't know I had! I can see why these KB's work. We went right out to find some KB's here in town so we can start working out at home. We're into it, and do feel this can be a body-changing thing for both of us.
I can't wait to work with Diana again! Fabulous!!!

I want to start out by saying that I have worked out at some captacity my whole life. I have done this with and without instruction/ personal trainers.. I have never had someone so thouroughly explain and then verify that we are doing the exercise using perfect form.. Most trainers just show you and then walk away... Diana took all of the time to insure that we are doing this correctly.
This also being said I haven't had a workout kick the *% out of me the way that this did right away. I am hooked we have ordered kettlebells and I will get this going..
I will be meeting with Diana again and encouraging my friends/coleuges/and clients that have a true will to get in shape to meet with her a.s.a.p.
