And for his next trick...

Ha ha! First to review! It pays to be a winner! Ok, enough about me. The thing is, it's not a trick. Adam is strong. No, wait... humans are strong, Adam is something else. What's important to understand is that he followed a progression like anyone else, and used the same routines anyone else might, there are no 'secret' workouts. So why did Adam land where he did while others fail? Basically he stayed on message like a Doberman with a ham-bone. Most people fail because they get distracted and end up quitting. That attribute and the ability to instill it in others is very valuable. As a trainer Adam is in the upper echelon, not just in terms of feats of strength, but in achieving the everyday results that the average person wants. He can also rip the door off your car. Not that he will, but he could...

From old time feats of strength to grip strength to kettlebells to barbells, Adam has spent a lot of time in the pursuit and acquisition of strength. He has a very good understanding of how to get strong. Very strong in fact. He can help you do the same.

Adam likes to pretend he's grouchy, but.....
Rated 10 out of 10
Who is he kidding? Adam is the strongest guy I know, and he's always been incredibly generous with his time. I pester him at least once a week with questions about bending, tearing, lifting, or kettlebells. He also answers thoughtfully and thoroughly and helps me get results. And it's not like I've been paying him. Adam has a genuine desire to help people get strong, and anyone can do it. He's all about getting back to basics, and there's never been a greater need for people to calm down and do what works when it comes to fitness. Ignore the hype and listen to someone who gets results: I listen to Adam because he can do the things I hope to be able to do eventually. Can't say enough good things about him.

Adam is one of the most driven people I have ever met. He's so focused on getting strong but, ever willing to bring others along for the ride. He's been a great motivator and instructor. Without his knowledge and direction I would still be weak and unfit, searching for some way to improve my broken body. Thanks, Adam!

It has been only a few months since I implemented what Adam taught me at Grip and Rip 1.0. I have to say the gains I have made are impressive to say the least. I never thought I would gain this kind of strength in this short of a period of time. If you ever have a chance to learn from Adam you would be a fool for not doing it.

I first met Adam in person in August 2008. Since then he has been a student as much as a teacher which is why he is progressing in his own training so quickly.
As an instructor, Adam will do the following for you... 1 simplify concepts to your learning ability 2 sequence progressions exactly as YOU need them for YOUR body 3 get you strong, as long as you do what EXACTLY what he says 4 get you RESULTS! 5 at some point probably freak you out with a feat of strength that you can't really even comprehend...and that's OK because he does this to everyone.
Do yourself a favor and enroll in training with Adam!

Unbelievable gains!

I can't say enough great things about Adam. I first met him when he did a strongman show on New Year's 2009 and was so impressed with his strength that I joined his gym. He's an awesome coach, motivator, mentor, and friend. He is great about quickly diagnosing problems and developing drills to focus on fixing those problems. It's easy to see that he truly loves helping people exceed their fitness goals. In two months working out with Adam my 5:00 snatch test (24kg) numbers went from 86 to 138! In that same period of time I went from not snatching the 32kg bell at all to snatching it 84 times in 5:00! Adam inspired me to enter the TSC and I wound up placing 4/88 in the snatch event with 131 snatches. If you want results fast, look no farther than Adam Glass!

and you will reach your goals. If it's KB lifts, fat loss or grip strength, Adam will help you reach them. He is completely loaded with knowledge of all aspects of the strength and fitness community and presents it to you in a simplified easy to follow matter that will give you results. Just one personal example: He showed me the proper way to tear a phonebook at the Grip and Rip in April. I couldn't tear it but I knew if I practiced what he told me to do I would get it. A few weeks later I'm tearing every phonebook I can get my hands on. I will also hit a 600lb deadlift thanks to the technique adjustments he made in my form. Train with Adam and you will get results. Thanks for all you do for me.

To make it simple: I chased the Ironmind Red nail for about a years time, and had regular mail contact with Adam Glass. The advice he gave me was hands-on and easy to follow. When I followed them, I made progress. And even when I didn't follow them to the point, I still employed the attitude and rational behing them.
I will not say that I hadn't made it without him, but his advice and encouragement made me stay the course and took me to my goal a lot faster than what would have been the case otherwise.

In a community of strong men, Adam is STRONG! He has used to his strength to inspire and motivate many. I don't know. When I see a man do something like a bottoms up press with the Beast, bend 20 Red nails, take more time to open a deck of cards than tear them to pieces, or do a getup with a barbell that's heavier than me, I tend to listen. I have sought his advice more times than I can think of and I thank him for all of the help he has given.

In my review I would like to address three areas of concern: the instructor, the workout, and the fitness facility. As with any health/fitness program I find these three areas to be the best way to analyze and evaluate.
First, the instructor. It should never be underestimated the level of coaching, mentoring and challenge the instructor delivers. Right from the start, Adam finds level of conditioning, goals, past workout history along with injuries of the individual. As a note, do not withhold information concerning your abilities, this will help prevent possible future injury as with any program. Chronic back pain, arm or shoulder injuries, and joint problems are some of the common ailments for many people. With this being said, do not let ANY injury stop you from attending Unbreakable Fitness. Adam's ability to properly evaluate and advise corrective action is genuine. His knowledge of the human body coupled with his understanding of proven workout routines to achieve optimum results tailored to the individual is amazing. His focus is your performance and improvement at all levels.
Next, the workouts. Adam has multiple workout routines to effectively improve your fitness/health goals. When I first started at his gym I was quick to realize that I was not in over my head but was put to a new challenge. My goal is to work towards what Master RKC instructor Kenneth Jay mentions in his book Viking Warrior Conditioning. So my first few sessions were learning the basics of the swing and snatch. The technique is not complex but it does require that you listen to all the instructions Adam gives in order to achieve proper and effective performance. Understanding the basic fundamental aspects of this program is important to me. I know that if my technique is garbage, I know I will never achieve optimum results and thus not reach my goals.
The facility is an arena for serious destruction. Simply, it is a large basement with hardened floor mats, one wall is completed by mirrors with personal achievements written on them. This is no cushy, LCD TV, machine based resort. There are kettlebells, bars, weights and rockin music! It is exactly what you need to get the instruction and workout done!
I recommend Adam and Unbreakable Fitness to everyone (which I do) who is serious about fitness/health. Patrons of Men's Health, Muscle Mag, and other garbage fitness mags need not apply!

First thing is first Adam knows what he is talking about. He has a wide variety of knowledge about anything and also any type of work out. He has a variety of techniques and workout routines that you will not be dissatisfied about. His routines area great challenge and requires listening to him and how he wants you to do it. You can accomplish anything you want and he will help you do that. If you show that you want it he will help. Also may I add I have never seen a human be this kind of strong. As you noticed I said human he is definitely not. If you want to get strong and you think you can't, go to unbreakable fitness and you will see that any possibilities can happen. He is a very good instructor ad cares a lot about the people he trains. He wants you to gain as much as you do yourself. He is very driven to make you succeed. I would recommend this gym and instructor to anybody.

Results with your goals
Rated 10 out of 10
If you're still reading reviews and get to mine, you already know Adam is strong, can bend things, can rip things, can teach and is very accomplished, but is still learning and getting better.
So what can I add? He will help you reach your goals, not his. This may seem insignificant to some, but it makes all the difference in a top rate trainer. Adam put together a plan for me based on my goals. He has generously answered all my questions and continues to do so. Another thing that stands out for me is his ability to communicate very clearly. You have to understand what you're being asked to do.
I met Adam at the first Grip&Rip that he and Brad Nelson(another exceptional trainer) put together. Obviously, there was a lot of useful strength and fitness information imparted. I really liked that Adam was focused, attentive to our questions, and was just a really nice guy(who makes chains explode and destroys horse shoes).
OK, I have one negative. He showed me how to bend nails(that's a lie, a single nail). Since then I have become addicted. So much so that I keep a sledge hammer in my family room to work my wrists and forearms. I'll probably have to live with this affliction the rest of my life. Thanks a lot Adam!
If you're lucky enough to live where his gym is, sign up and change your life for the better. If not, get to a seminar of his. And for everybody else, follow his blog and videos for great info and entertainment.
One last thing - Adam's in the Armed Forces and he has my respect and gratitude for that.

I meet Adam at the Grip and Rip In Minnesota. I has talked a bit with him on the phone. He was not what I expected. I have competed in strongman and powerlifting all my life. I am not easy to impress. Adam Walks in , introduces himself. To myself I think there is no way this guy can do what I have seen online. We had talked on th ephone about a 60d nail I had. I took it with me to the show. I handed it to him and he bent it like it was a toy.I was speechless! All I could do was smile. As the seminar progressed, I seen how well Adam worked with the people and how friendly he was with others. Being around this game for many years, I don't listen to many people about training. After working with Adam for a few hours Anyone wanting to improve there fitness level or strength would benefit greatly by using Adam as your trainer. He is intense, but really a good guy ! Give him a shoot . It may be the best thing you ever did with your training.

Approx 20 weeks ago someone at work gave me an article of Adams. I read it. My honest initial thoughts were too simple.
Months passed and the coffee stained pieces of cheap A4 paper that held his words were hidden amongst piles of flex and other various muscle magazines I could justify buying for myself. I don't think the magazines are actually too bad, but a lot of the "bread and butter" information that they provide is too black and white, and its hidden by adverts offering results. People look at the adverts too much!!
But that was 20 weeks ago, and 16 weeks ago I had decided I was sick of training my triceps for 90 mins in the gym and eating 7000 calories a day. I then decided to re read that article I previously laughed at. How I felt guilty picking it up again after I had put it down the way I had. So guilty that tears rolled off my flabby face and joined the coffee stains on his words as I accepted it was now up to me!
Maybe he is crazy, and if so, I'm completely schizophrenic!
I want to show you my fave statistics from then and show you them now.
Height 5 ft 10
Weight 93 kg
DL 90kg (with crude technique on a smith machine in a health club, using wrist straps for 10 reps)
Now
Height 5 ft 10
Weight 75 kg
DL 110kg (with perfect technique for 4 reps in my garage with my informed 16 year old brother spotting yesterday!)
My next goal is to DL 136 kg, but after a little bit more rest, 120 kg will suffice for now.
Adam helped me realise if I want something, its up to me to go and get it myself, I'm not saying that people aren't there to help, but sometimes people subconsciously look to others abit too much. Adam basically slapped me in the face with his "been there done it" outlook, and it made me realise; stick with what works if you dare!!
"Knowledge is power". The ironic thing is I got that from a flex magazine, an old one of mine that I found last night.

I recently had the EXTREME GREAT FORTUNE of some strength sessions with Adam Glass. We both serve in the US Air Force; I got an email that he was at my base for a School and would like to get together. That's kinda like having LeBron say he's in the neighborhood and would like to shoot some hoops!
Adam amazed me with several feats of strength, including a 155 lb barbell TGU and snapping a wrench. That got my attention; here's what KEPT my attention:
Adam is a FANTASTIC NATURAL INSTRUCTOR. He not only understands how the body functions and how the muscles work together, he can explain it SIMPLY! He will demo a picture perfect lift, watch you do the same lift and explain in detail, but SIMPLY, how you can do it better. He understands leverage better than most engineers I know; I've been a flight instructor since 1992 and am VERY envious of how THOROUGHLY and EASILY he explains things.
If you are serious about maximizing your strength and truly reaching your potential then I urge you to WORK. WITH. ADAM. GLASS. He is a fantastic instructor and a TERRIFIC GUY, to boot. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with him and look forward to seeing Adam again.
Oh, I almost forgot, what about results?? In 6 months after working with Adam, my deadlift PR has gone from 505 to 565. I've gone from 5 presses per arm with the 70 lb KB to 5 per arm with the Bulldog. I've snatched the 106 twice per arm and my SSST snatch numbers went from 188 to 214. I've been training almost 30 years and have used KBs for since 2002, so this isn't the increased strength that EVERY new trainee experiences: This is strength gleaned from an Instructor who KNOWS STRENGTH COLD and can EXPLAIN it to where you "see the light."
Adam Glass is the real deal. If you have the chance to train with Adam and are SERIOUS about improving yourself then you MUST work with Adam. If you don't then you are shooting yourself in the foot.
Power To You!!!!

How Strong Do you want to be?
Rated 10 out of 10
I started working with Adam because I was in a rut. I thought I was pretty strong until I saw this guy bend 20 Iron Mind Red Nails in 15 mins. Adam has helped me to press the beast (48kg kettlebell), increase my grip strength, and tonight I tore a phone book in half. I look at what he has done and where I am at and I have to ask myself "How strong do you want to be" because there is tons of room for improvement and I am going to use this guys knowledge and experience to get me where I want to be. If you get a chance to learn from Adam, consider yourself lucky and you will be challenged.

I am going into my 11th week receiving instruction from Adam. What I like about Adam is he will work within one's mobility challenges, and he will still construct a program that produces results quickly. I have Cerebral Palsy, and coming up with effective programs for myself in the past were nonexistent, not to mention trainers who did not have a clue on how to get me strong. So far I have had great results. I can now bend a yellow nail DU in one hit well past 90,MM my 2.5 gripper,db row over 100 lbs 10 times, I can hammer curl 50 lbs for reps, my bench is much more powerful, and one hand DL 135. Before, Adam, I was terrible at all those things. I believe the only reason I have not shattered more goals is because I have not attempted to break them yet. Adam said on his blog, "If you're not getting better you are getting worse" You will get better with Adam as your trainer. If he has spots left, contact this Man.

I have been a long time follower of DragonDoor and the RKC program. Which lead me to finding Adam who has always been helping on the forums. He has been a huge insperation for me with all the amazing strong man feats he can preform and watching his constent PR's on his blog. I was visiting family in Montana and drove 200 miles for a session with Adam. The session was fantastic, Adam had me doing weights I didn't think I was ready for. He took the basic RKC lifts and provided me with endless hybrids that will get me stronger and ready for next years RKC. Adam was all buisness, straight to the point and kept things simple. Amazing instructor that provided me with priceless info for training and eventually for my own clients. Do yourself a favor and if you have the chance to train with Adam, don't think about it just do it.

I refer to myself as a rock with lips but now I'm a stronger rock with lips who can move smoother.I've gone from a pressing max of 88lbs to 97lbs for reps, closing a captains of crush #2 for two reps to closing a #3! Adams overall professionalism is outstanding. Every question, email, and phone call were answered quickly even though he's a full time Airman. His commitment to his clients is second to none. After meeting with Adam and watching him achieve his RKC II distinction I knew this cat was the real deal. As a student. We talked of the things that military men talk about. We had a beer. We talked theory. 'Twas nice.
When Adam functioned as my second in command for the 1st ever HKC in St. Paul, September 2009, it became clear to me that he is one of our top instructors. He handled our team with confidence and ease, and when my airport pickup came early, John and Pavel entrusted him with the delicate task of testing the candidates on the HKC Key Drills. He delivered an air tight package, free of BS, to the students when it came time to compress the skills into one 45 minute wrap up, and when I left for the airport, I knew our children were getting the best training available. I recently attended the first HKC workshop at St. Paul, and I couldn't have asked for better instructors: Willy and Adam. I learned alot from Adam not only as a personal trainer but someone who suffers from injuries and how not to limit your training by your injuries. His attitude, perfessionalism and teaching ability is what a personal trainer, HKC, RKC, Team Leader, etc... should strive to be. He took the basics and made them even easier to understand, and also showed our team a little extra for our clients and for ourselves. After training under him, you can tell that he wants nothing more than for you to understand and become better. Thanks for everything this past weekend Adam.

I met Adam through work, and told him I wanted to cross train back into my original career field. Just by looking at me, Adam was able to detect that I was having problems with my shoulder and hip due to a training injury. After 14 weeks of training with Adam, I now have pretty much all my mobility back in my shoulder and hip. The pain that was there and limited my work outs is now gone. At first I didn't think Adam could correct my injuries because the doctors said there was nothing that could be done for my shoulder. Adam proved them wrong and now I'm almost back to my full potential. I continue to work out with Adam on an almost daily base, growing stronger and more powerful with every work out. I am grateful for the coaching and mentoring Adam has given me. He is an incredible instructor. One should be lucky to have an instructor like Adam.

I trained with Adam in Okinawa. I knew nothing about kettle bells and I had little interest in weight training. He explained the benefits it could provide to my martial arts training and it really peaked my interest. Adam started me out slowly and gave me the drive to train hard. I was able to see the difference within a few weeks. I have never seen an odd method of training but it works. Even though I don't get as much training time as I would like I haven't lost any of the strength I have gain. The one thing I like most about training with Adam is that he will always challenge you to push yourself beyond what you think you can do.

I am an elite level Powerlifter, who also enjoys bending and ripping things. I was ranked 4th in the nation and world last year, in the 181 pound weight class. I called Adam because I was not getting anywhere with my bending. He took his time with me and showed me a few differnt ways to bend, that would help strengthen my wrists and overall bending strength. After just a few months of training, I have seen much improvment in my bending. I am able to bend steel now, which previously was too hard for me. I told Adam, I do not just want to be good at this, I want to be great. I am convinced Adam is the person that can take me there. Adam is tops in my book. If you want extraorinary results, Adam is the man you need to work with.

I was fortunate to work with Adam at the inaugural HKC workshop in St. Paul. Despite the fact that there were 120 candidates, it took me about three minutes to realize that Adam's mission was my success. And his attention to that mission did not waver for ten hours, as he attended to our form and function. As if excellence in performance were not enough, he continued to work with us after testing was completed, fearlessly committed to fixing problems some of us had struggled with for years. My only regret is that we had only one day with him!

Make Your Training Goals A Reality!
Rated 10 out of 10
Hello Adam,
Just wanted to send you a progress report from when we first started three months ago. To start off, I feel like a totally different person strengthwise. Since starting your program and following the exercises/principles, I have seen massive strength gains! From my deadlifting, to my shortbar/braced bending, I am now achieving goals/feats that I never thought possible before starting the program. My reverse bending is off the charts from just a couple months ago. I went from barely bending an easy-medium 60d reverse in double leathers to taking down IM red nails in single leathers measuring well under 1' diameter. My braced bending on the 5/8 has gone through the roof, with my latest bend placing me #3 on David Horne's list. Plate pinching went from 2x25lbs, to 2x35lbs(BOTH hands). Just today I took down a 3/4x36" bend. My deadlit jumped to at least 135 lbs increase DO from when I first started-for reps!!! Also, I am now consistently adding cardiovascular to my training routine, which you started to help me with in the training programs.
It's not always easy to manage all this, between work and my wife and I expecting twins this January, time is a luxury in my daily life. Thanks for helping me achieve my goals that I never thought were possible, and above all thanks for helping me gain the confidence to achieve those goals through your training principles. I look forward to seeing what 2010 brings forth. Thanks Adam!
Sincerely,
Carl Ansara

Adam was very helpful in the time that I spent with him on our military trip. I had never meet someone before who had done the things that he was doing on our trip. Adam and I are two different worlds of bodybuilding but the knowledge that he shared with me helped me out alot. I was struggling on my bench press a little because I wasn't putting up the weight I wanted too well to make a long story short Adam look at me and said "your form is all wrong you are sending energy to other parts of your body rather than where it needs to go" with that said he showed me the right way I ahave increased my bench press by 30% more than before I met him. He also helped me with my lower back as well helping me develop my flexibility in less than 15 minutes. This guy is amazing especially when it comes to physical training and I want to publicly thank him for helping me increase my potential in my current bodybuilding ways.

Hello Will and Adam, It has been a little over a week since the HKC Training and I wanted to give a shout out to the both of you for your fantastic instruction and continued support. Before I participated in the HKC experience, I had only been exposed to kettlebells for about 2 months. I had purchased multiple books and videos to "self teach" and when Adam says that people "play around" with the kettlebell, I was one of them. After the 1 day seminar with the amazing staff at Dragondoor, I feel 100x more confident in my own ability to perform the Goblet, Get up and Swing and to also teach it more effectively (I wasn't teaching my clients too much because I wanted to be sure I was giving them proper instruction). Aside from that I got a glimpse of how professional the entire RKC Team is, how dedicated everyone is to the program, to spreading the word, and teaching the concepts that the program is designed upon....and constantly improving on. I'm very excited to be a part of this community and I'm already in awe of the people I've met and the interviews I've heard on Geoff Nupert's weekly call. I'm not sure if RKC is in my future, but I hope to learn more and more...using the HKC as a foundation to build upon in ways known and unknown. A big heartfelt THANK YOU to you both.

I studied kettlebell and grip strength training with Adam for about 6 months and I gained incredible power and muscle strength in a very short amount of time. Even though I am not able to attend his gym at this time, I continue with the training that he has tought me and contact him regularly informing him of my progress. He is very dedicated to anyone who has the will and drive to succeed in improving their physical status and mental mindset. Adam is a true motivator and I would recommend him to anyone. Keep up the Great work Adam.

Adam's rich knowledge is tailor made for each individual who seeks to destroy old PR's and create new goals, many of which were never thought achievable. He taught me the importance of a vice grip, and now my COC #2.5 isn't far away! I also had trouble strictly pressing the 40kg bell. Until Adam unleashed OPORDER. I pressed the bell 3 WEEKS from my start date. I really wish I lived in Minot. So you want to get strong?? Good Luck getting there without Adam T. Glass.

What Adam offers can only be described as an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience of old-time strength with up-to-date research. And the end results are nothing short of incredible. From his posts and articles alone, he has freely given knowledge that has left a mark on the strength world that will never go away. This man's in-person instruction is something to be sought after and acquired, regardless of your goals. What he offers will get you to those goals. That simple. There is no frills, gimmicks, or other nonsense you will find in most places. He uses knowledge, iron, and hard work to get you where you want to go. And you will get there.

Pressing progress
Rated 10 out of 10
One thing that everybody knows about Adam, is how incerdibly strong the man is. I think his videos are a great inspiration to many of us.
The thing that always surprises me the most is how quick Adam always seems to progress - at so many lifts at the same time! When you see that, you just know that Adam knows exactly what he is doing. It was that reason that I immediately jumped in when he posted a presing program on the forum. My goal: getting comfortable with the 32kg kettlebell.
When I first started, I could press the 16+12kg kettlebells stacked for only a few singles. They exposed every flaw in my technique and forced me to concentrate on finding the right groove. Well, I found it, because only four weeks later I could press them at least 7 times in a row without a reclean - each arm. The same goes for the long push press. Being new to me I first had to nail the movement down. When I did, I could complete 3x(1,2) ugly reps with the 32kg in my second week. When I finished my last day on this program, 5x(1,2,3) was a breeze. Talking about progress. Bottom ups: same story. Where the 24kg was a challenge at first, the 32kg is now within reach.
Okay, all nice and well, but what about the militairy press? That was where the program was designed for in the first place! I could press the 32kg for singles before starting Adam's program. During some days, I would even fail. Well, after one week rest I pressed 36kg, only 2kg short of a half bodyweight press! If I would make that progress every four weeks, I would be pressing over 200kg by now!
A couple of hours later I tried to press the 32kg for the first time since starting the program. It went up very fast, but got stuck at the sticking point. It was then, that I realized I was preparing as if I was pressing the 24kg (that's how different it felt)! I tensed up and it went up smoothly. Five minutes and the same amount of presses later I knew it for sure: I finally got comfortable with it!
Bottom line: Adam's program delivered exactly what was promised.
Bottom line 2: when Adam tells something, you better listen and obey.
Adam, thanks a lot - both for your program and for showing interest in my progress!

I recently followed Adam's Radiant Dawn program. Four weeks, as instructed. Before starting, I could press 28kg with each arm, but only some of the time. My goal was simply to make that 28kg press more consistent, so that I could begin using it for ROP. I can now press the 28kg for sets of 5 with my right, and sets of 3 with my left. Not only that, I can now press 32kg with my right arm, at a body weight of 139 pounds! I would've eventually hit the 32kg press regardless, but thanks to Adam's program it took one month instead of three or more.
If you want results, this is the man to talk to.

I sought out Adam Glass because I think of my journey of strength the same as my martial arts one. I like to find the masters of the arts, train and learn from them so that I one day can emulate their teaching in my own work. I knew Adam to be strong, I knew him to be knowledgeable, but the three months working with him would show me much much more.
It is said a good teacher can change the way you think, and indeed Adam has done that for me. I find myself infinitely more capable and confident in my abilities then I have ever been. Listing the PR's I achieved with Adam would be rather moot, because frankly, I hit a PR every week, sometimes every workout. But I don't want to disappoint, so here are a few.
Put on 15lbs of lean muscle onto my skeletal frame. I long considered myself "stuck" at 175lbs.
Double BUP the 24's, previously was only capable of 16's.
PR in the 5min Snatch test of 125 reps.
Went from pressing the double 28's for a weak single to snatching and pressing double 32's with style.
A huge PR in the Dan John Armor v.1 complex. A ladder of 7 chased by a ladder of 6. If that doesn't sound like much, try it...
Now take into consideration none of these were direct training goals. I simply did what Adam said, and strength was my reward. Simply put, he's a master of the art, and our community is lucky to have him.
