In just two weeks, I have experienced the wisdom of using only the basics to build a solid foundation toward the principles of precision and form. As Tony emphasizes the proper technique by breaking down the moves so that my form becomes precise, he also provides me with an efficient way to have a workout that combines form with endurance and flexibility. Tony sets the example for his students by diligently practicing and pushing himself to the next level in a safe and systematic manner.
Tony's dedication to the art and the student is apparant as he patiently demonstrates a move, while explaining that each small move will guide you toward the correct form. He creates an environment where one is able to make a mistake and then learn from it, thus motivating a student to practice even more and to feel a sense of accomplishment. Tony's instruction is systematic and clear to ensure that a student can take the lesson outside of the session and practice on his own. He analyzes any flaw in one's technique and provides a strategy for correcting it that is easy to understand and model.
Tony's knowledge of the joints, muscle anatomy and function allow him to build a program for a student that will lead one to overall fitness, combined with strength and flexibility. I have already seen progress in my endurance and strength levels. As I leave each session, I am already reviewing the moves and techniques Tony has shown to me and find myself working out even more diligently and counting the days until the next class.

I have worked with many trainers in my life and I have not come across any that seem to have the level of caring for Kettlebells and the overall body the Tony exhibits. Tony takes great caring into my workouts on a daily basis and has a deep love for the kettlebells and weights. He has always made sure that my body was in good condition prior to doing any exercises and has done a very good job of identifying and correcting any deficiencies. Tony is very tough when he is training, seems to know exactly how far he can push you and makes sure he does to that point. No point in arguing, just makes the workouts more difficult! I would recommend Tony to my friends and family (I actually did to my brother) and I will continue to train with him. I am very pleased after every session and Tony keeps in contact in between whether he is seeing how you are doing or sending you exercises to do on your own. This is a man who truly cares about his students, which is very unique to find in a trainer.
