Jon has helped me to understand the kettlebell philosophy. He has a lot of patience and always finds the way to make you understand the right way to exercise. He demostrates a deep knowledge of kettlebells and fitness training.

I couldn't think of a better way to be introduced on the correct way to get the maximum out of a KettleBell workout than the way Jon began our session. He was very patient and explained the techniques in a very simple manner that even a child could understand. Jon was great about not only teaching the technique but also sharing about the history of the KettleBell. The workout we did seemed very simple and yet I could feel muscles being worked that I've never felt being worked out in any other workout I've done in the past. I look forward to future workouts with Jon and being taught new techniques that he has to offer, and I would recommend him to anyone who is serious about getting proper training and maximum results!

OK, I was a little skeptical about how a single iron ball with a handle would work out a big man and leave him breathless and gasping for air... Well, this "little iron ball" was the best work out I've ever had. I'm a hugely overweight guy now, but haven't always been this way. This "ball" left me sore and and continues to do so almost weekly. I tell you all this to now explain how easily Jon made the intruction to follow. He didn't just tell me how, but showed me in way I could easily understand and interpret..some of which going back to football days of high school.. Jon doesn't just stop when the workout is over, but will follow up with you afterwards to recommend slowing (which he has only once due to a knee sprain) or to kick it up a notch or two for maximum results. Great instructor and I will continue to train with him and this "little iron ball".

I have been going to a gym about 3 days a week for the last 10 months. It is amazing to me that one simple weight can work everything in my body better and more effectively than a whole room full of equipment. Jon introduced me to the kettlebell recently and I had been somewhat skeptical about it. Jon is very enthusiastic about the program and has a way of getting you excited too. Jon showed me some of the core routines last weekend. It was amazing how quickly these exercises get your heart rate up and work so many core muscles at the same time. Jon is a very patient instructor and made sure we were comfortable with the routines and did not rush our learning curve. He also made sure we were not overdoing it, which I am very thankful for as I am still sore 3 days later. I am hooked and can't wait to get my own kettlebell to start with. I highly recommed Jon as an instructor and the program.

Jon introduced my wife and I to this workout last night & I can already tell that we will get more benefit from it than any other we have tried. I like the flexiblility & really appreciated Jon's patient teaching style. He let us learn at our own pace & made sure we understood clearly each move he wanted us to make. Jon came up yesterday and gave us a kettlebell introduction. He explained and demonstrated the core exercises. He was a very patient instructor. We did not do a workout just practice and I am still feeling it today. I am very excited about practicing these exercises and maybe one day finding my abs. Thanks again Jon for coming!

Jon is a great teacher. He was so patient with everyone. He made sure everyone had the techinique before moving on. He went over and beyond his duty for our "one hour" class that lasted much longer. We had such a great time. I can't wait to start incorporating these movements in with my own workouts as well as my personal training clients workouts.

Jon is a fantastic resource on all things kettlebells. He was very patient with me and I could tell that it was very important to him that I learn the correct technique. Plus, as others here have said, his "1 hour class" turns into about a 2 hour class of all killer, no filler instruction. He is a great teacher and if you are in the NW Florida area, you owe it to yourself to get with him and let him work his magic.

Jon was great. He really took the time to make sure you had the correct form and was working at your fitness level. There was a lot of one on one training even though we were in a class. You definitely can get an all over body work out and get you heart rate up fairly quickly. Can't wait till next class!

I hate spending time in the gym and was looking for something that encompassed cardio and lifting. Well, I found it with kettlebells and Jon. He was awesome at teaching me the fundamentals of kb's. He was very patient and encouraging, not to mention extremely knowledgeable. I was so impressed with him that I'm getting my wife involved now. If you want to learn or need an instructor in kb's, Jon is your man. You can't find one better.

My husband wanted me to get involved with kb's and meet with Jon. So I took a good friend of mine to do it with me. We had a great workout. Jon explained the technique and showed us some great workouts to do at home. I have a 2 1/2 year old at home so kb's are a perfect way to stay home and work out instead of trying to work in going to the gym. Thanks Jon!

Jon's depth of knowledge and caring about individual needs is top notch. When we started, I could barely get myself up off the floor, much less do a Turkish Get Up. His drilling of the basics and teaching me to hold stellar form have allowed me to get very proficient. Three bells of my own later, I have Jon to thank for introducing us and keeping us excited about kettlebell workouts!

Jon is a very knowledgeable and thorough instructor. I was most impressed with how patient Jon is and the time he takes with you to make sure that your technique and form are correct. Jon demonstrated the basic exercises then made sure that I was comfortable with each one before moving on. I have been practicing and performing these basic exercises for several weeks now and I am amazed at how my core strength has improved and how much stronger my legs feel when running or spinning.
