An Extraordinary Teacher

I have been training with George for just over a year and have found him to be one of the most intuitive and insightful teachers I have ever worked with. Not only is he able to spot injuries, weaknesses and imbalances at a glance - often even before the student is aware of them - he provides corrections geared to the level and ability of each student, which makes the instruction more meaningful and helps each individual progress at their own pace. George is generous with his time and expertise, offering a unique combination of yoga, martial arts, old-school boxing training and kettle bells. He's a pleasure to work with, and his classes are fun!
