NO MORE TREADMILL!!! Rated 10 out of 10
I LOVE working out with David! He really listened to my goal of ridding the belly fat, and my dislike of cardio workouts on the treadmill, bike, etc. He makes each workout different, challenging but keeps the fun level high. We laugh through the workout hour and time seems to fly! I've lost 9 pounds in less than the 2 months we've been working together thanks to his focus on my food journaling and helping me recognize my slip ups.

WHAT A GREAT WORK OUT!! Rated 10 out of 10
David has been my personal instructor for 3 years. For the last 6 months he has had me working out using the Kellebells. What a great work out! My muscle bulk has increased and my stamina improved without significantly elevating my heart-rate. The exercises are diverse and David always has a new "twist" to keep the program interesting and stimulating. David is a skilled trainer - closely checking to see that I am doing the exercises correctly to obtain maximal benefit without injury.
I thoroughly enjoy this form and would highly recommend David and the Kettlebells for a complete exercise program.

I have been working with David for over three years. Being a week-end warrior, I needed strenght training to protect myself from injury. David is really a pro. He pin points each persons strengths and weaknesses. He then puts together a plan to take you ever forward. The kettle bells, with Davids precise instruction have been amazing.

I've been training with David for around 3 years. David has been great at designing a program to strengthen my weak areas, while focusing on benefiting my other interests, golf, skiing and cycling. I have worked out with David for several years. His creativity is astounding but he always is safety minded. As a physician I am impressed with his knowledge of anatomy, muscle and joint kinetics, and nutrition. Since bringing Kettel Bells into the workout my back is stronger as is my core. Just when I think I've got the routine, he changes it up and I find more muscles that need to become limber.

I have been working out with David White for 7 months and the changes in my body are extraordinary. I never know that an hour of intense workout can be fun and exhilarating at the same time. You will never know what to expect when you go in for your work out session. In these past months not only my body has changed but also my confidence level has increased. I believe working with David changed my body and my mind. During the session we use the Kettlebells, which are the most fun you will ever have and also the hardest exercises you will ever do. Ever since we started using the Kettlebells I can notice the changes in my strength level and my body even more. He has also thought me how to eat healthy, he helped me to look at my eating habits with a better perspective. I feel like I have more energy, confidence and my body has never looked better. I looked forward to each session.

I hired David about four years ago to help me gain strength for other sports that I enjoy: ultramarathons, back country skiing, and rock climbing. After working with him for a few months, I got much stronger. Then, at 40, I became pregnant. As my body morphed, I continued to work with David. I watched all my hard-earned muscle definition become hidden under a layer of baby fat. But David assured me that I'd come back after having the baby even stronger than before. I had my doubts. I'd never felt so out of shape in my life. However, due to David's expertise and ability to constantly modify exercises to meet any client's specific needs, I was able to workout until the day before my daughter was born.

Six weeks later, I was back in the gym feeling like a bowl of Jello. I was frustrated at my lack of strength and endurance, but David was patient and reassuring. He carefully and gradually built me up until I was strong enough to start working with his secret weapon: kettlebells. I struggled with the new movements at first, but soon got more confident and was able to do more and more.

Now that my daughter is an active two-year-old and I'm working part time, I no longer have time to do some of the sports I love or do long workouts, but thanks to David and his efficient, innovative sessions with kettlebells and other pieces of equipment, I'm stronger than before I got pregnant and my clothes fit better as well. Just like he promised. Now I'm a believer!

Intense YET Safe Workouts Rated 10 out of 10
I started with David about five months ago and while I was initially taken back by what seemed to be "slow" workout sessions, I soon realized that it was part of a well organized exercise plan to safely improve on my mobility and functional status. David is very knowledgeable on use of Kettle Balls and I have to admit that the exercises are intense and highly effective. An hour with David is extremely productive and a great cardiovascular workout which also builds a strong core. I have already begun to see changes in my shape as well as weight. He is highly recommended for anyone who is serious about getting FIT in a safe, and efficient manner.
