I have never met a trainer who is more motivating, committed, and relentless in seeking for more knowledge in anything he/she does than Keith Veri. I get bored easily and have become full of excuses as I have gotten older; however, thanks to Keith's kettlebell training camps and his quest for excellence, I am now in a better shape at age 47 than I have ever been in my life. When I first started the camp, the kettlebells intimidated me, although I have worked out with weights all my life, they just did not seem easy to get used to. Keith worked with me and my husband from the basics very patiently and believe me when I say, he was PATIENT since we are not the easiest people to work with in any capacity. I now can snatch 45 pound with lesser reps and double press 30 lbs with ease; remind you that I have started from 15 lbs not too long ago. I think what makes Keith Veri the best trainer ever is the fact, he never expects anything from his students/ clients which he does not expect from himself. He will get down right next to us and go through the grueling work outs just so he can motivate us, and keeps his keen eyes on every move we make to make sure the forms are correct. He truly cares of our well being, physically, emotionally, and spiritually..., he is not one of those trainers who just want to collect checks; maybe the fact he was at one point 300 pounds and had a heart attack has something to do with his understanding of his clients needs. Anyone who wants to change their lives by becoming healthier and stronger needs to talk to Keith Veri because he truly is the best of the best. My husband and I will follow him as long as he is willing to train and share his vast knowledge. Keith is the ultimate embassador of kettlebell strength coaching.

Kettle Bells' Total Body Work Out.

Keith Veri introduced me to kettle bells six short months ago, and it has made a profound difference in my strength and stamina. The kettle bell work outs actually complement and enhance what I can do in traditional weights as well which is a definite bonus. Keith had a blank canvas with me, sort of speak, I was a wreck when I first started to train with Keith; I have been run over my shoulder blades by a dumpster truck, I have been shot in my knee, and I have many bar battle wounds all over my body which limited me from just about doing anything..., even getting up in the morning was difficult! Keith constantly came up with new work outs around my injuries and with my injuries to strenthen the area without neglecting them completely. I am so proud of what Keith has done with me and I thank him for giving me my body back, and plus he promises Kettle bells are not going to give me a huge behind!!!

Because of my trainer Keith Veri, I was in the best shape of my life last year. I had my first baby 5 months ago and was on a mission to be in the same shape again and very soon. I have been training with Kettlebell's now for 2 years and I love it. I am now stronger than I was before I had the baby!! I love Kettlebell training with my wonderful husband Keith Veri!
