I started kettlebelling about 10 weeks ago with Cenk. Actually I am preparing for my first Triathlon and I can confirm that my overall level of fitness improved tremendously since I started with Cenk. In particular I like the way he motivates me and the mixture of doing basic exercises and new teaching while keeping an excellent pace and balance of stress and recovery. Also, he is extremely focused on correct completion of each and every repetition. Further, he always repeats the points to concentrate on and knows exactly where my weaknesses are located.
He is a smart and funny guy and finds a good blend of fun and pressure and time goes by quickly when we exercise. Also, he leads by example with his own practicing and the sportive way of life.
I can only highly recommend seeing Cenk for KB-exercising, you will find this experience extremely rewarding.

Pushing the limits Rated 10 out of 10
I have very limited amount of time for fitness and I need use this time in the most efficient way. And the way to do this is - Cenk! I train with Cenk for a year now and the results are amazing. I have done a lot of sports in my life, but since I started my job I had less and less time to work out. I was very frustrated with the effects that the lack of training had on my body. Thus I decided to start my personal training with Cenk. Cenk then introduced me into the world of kettlebelling - a true full-body workout. The results exceed my expectations by far. It is not alone the building of muscles, but even more the positive effects on my coordination and strength - which also benefit me in other sports like football.
Cenk is an amazing instructor. He pushes you to achieve skills which you would never have expected to achieve. He often tells me that I can do something (although I do not believe him) and proves that I can do it. This way, he pushes the limits further and further - but always under the pre-requisite of "safety first". I fully trust his assessment whether I am ready for the next step or not. He is very diligent and emphasises the necessity to perform a task perfectly (in order to avoid injuries) before one moves on to a more complex task. This balance between perfectionism as to form and still aiming for the limit is very motivating - a perfect balance. I truly believe that Cenk is the best trainer I ever had and can only highly recommend him!

Cenk has been my personal trainer for about one year now. He is very enthusiastic about kettlebell training because it's truly a full-body workout. The results I've achieved since I started kettlebelling with Cenk are incredible and far exceed what I ever expected to achieve. My strength, coordination and concentration have increased tremendously since I started kettlebelling with Cenk. He is a very diligent instructor who knows how to motivate me and always makes sure I do each exercise correctly - using proper form, technique and contracting all the right muscles. Cenk has an excellent ability to know just how hard he can push me and easily identifies my strengths and weaknesses so that he can give me the appropriate workout. Cenk is also very sensitive to my personal goals and is able to gear the workouts to meet them.
Cenk has a very pleasant personality and takes a professional approach to his clients, such that I always feel very comfortable during my training sessions with him. The fact that Cenk is in excellent physical shape himself not only motivates me even more, but also gives me the confidence that he knows what he's doing and can also lead by example. It's extremely helpful that Cenk is able to demonstrate each exercise perfectly, while explaining posture/form, technique, breathing and muscle contractions required for the exercise.
Cenk is truly among the best trainers out there and I feel very confident recommending him to anyone who wants to get into shape or even just stay in shape.

Highly professional workout Rated 10 out of 10
I started personal training with Cenk about a year ago. Before that, I always went to the gym by myself any never tried out personal training. Last year I had an instruction with Cenk and from the first moment on I felt really comfortable working out with him. Even though the change from the "normal" workout to personal training was tough at first, I think it was the best decision I could have made.
Cenk really pushes me to the limit and makes me work out really hard, but always makes sure that I do not exceed my limits. I think my training has improved quite a lot and is extremely more efficient than it was before. I was able after a lot of years of ineffective training by myself to finally loose some weight. I think my fitness has improved tremendously during the last year and I feel ready to start the skiing season next week.
Aside from all that, I really enjoy working out with Cenk because he is a very enthusiastic, motivating, and extremely accurate trainer. He always explains every detail of the workout which helps me carry out my personal training on a very high level and achieve all the goals that I had. I think he is by far the best trainer I have seen so far. He always pays full attention to his clients during the workout and makes sure that I benefit from every second of my training session. I am always looking forward to the next training and can highly recommend him to every other person that likes to try out personal training!

Safety first! Rated 10 out of 10
I started training with Cenk in January '09. Straight from the beginning he has offered me outstanding taylor made kettlebell workouts, which support my other sporty activities - golf, snowboarding, wakeboarding, etc... Training with Cenk, safety comes always first. He is very good at spotting your mistakes in your technique, big or small, and corrects them immediately. This approach encourages me to train more and harder also at home knowing that I'm doing the exercises correctly. I can truly recommend Cenk to anyone who is interested in learning the secrets of the kettlebell!
