A Really Great and Beneficial Class

I am so glad a friend of mine kept talking about how she really likes kettlebell classes to me. So I decided to check it out. Tera is a great instructor she encourages you to go further but not at the expense of the form of the exercise. I feel so much stronger. Tera is a well informed instructor and does a great job at teaching the class. Thanks Tera your the best.

CHALLENGING & FUN

About 6 months ago I thought I'd give Kettlebells a try. My sister-in-law had been a RKB trainer for just over a year at that time. I knew she had seen results & KB's were mentioned frequently. The one-on-one or very small group we train in is just like having a personal trainer. I soon began to feel proud of myself for the workouts I accomplished. My strength, flexibility, endurance all improved, not to mention the inches coming off. Tera is so encouraging & is always mixing up the workouts(keeping them challenging & fun). I've been devoted to KB's 2 days a week for over 6 mo & have taken 15 inches off & 10% body fat! With KB's you get your cardio & strength training all in one 30 min session. Tera is an awesome trainer & sets a great example. She encourages a healthy lifestyle. I've even given up my D.Pepsi addiction! Thanks TE

Tera is a awesome instructor. She is knowledgeable, upbeat, informative and presents a very challenging class. I love how we do different workouts each night. It keeps things interesting and also keeps us using different muscles all the time. She challenges us to keep our form correct and also to increase the weight as we go.
I am so glad I called her and started this fun, challenging and do-able exercise. She is great.

I've tried so many forms of excercise over the years. I have never been particularly fond of classes as I like to excercise when it is convienent for me, until now. I look forward to going to this class. I know I will get a great workout in a short amount of time. Tera is a great instructor. She cares for each individual and is very encouraging. I like that she makes us feel good about what we've accomplished. I also love the small class size! I would recommend this class to everyone.

Kettelbells Strong

It was through the encouragement of a friend that I decided to give Kettlebells a try. I appreciate Kera's hands on approach and personal training to make sure my form is correct. Her gentle reminders throughout the session are welcome as there is much to remember to get maximum results. She does a great job of mixing up the routines from session to session so that we are working all areas and at different cardio levels. There is much to gain from a 30 minute session. What sets this class apart from other exercise classes is Kera's diet and nutritional tips and her measuring of key body areas. This way we can see our progress in inches lost. No matter your age, shape, or size you too can benefit from a Kettlebells workout.

Lots of encouraging keeps me going!

I have been working out 3 times per week under the instruction and constant encouragement of Tera for 10 months. I have lost 25 inches! I feel so much better and am starting to see a real difference in how my clothing fits! This is the first fitness program that I have been able to stick with because the results were so dramatic from the beginning that I feel challenged every month to keep it up!

I received info from Tera last summer on K-bell program and I kept putting off giving it a try. This winter I had foot surgery and kind of fell into a slump physically and mentally-gaining 15lbs. I went on vacation with a friend who was in Tera's K-bell class and she couldn't say enough great things about it so as soon as we got back I signed up-I'm on my 5th week of Kettlebells class-3X a week and trying to do elliptcal or treamill on opposite days. Tera made me feel comfortable and confident from the start. The first week we focused only on form-and she ALWAYS STRESSES NOT TO SACRIFICE FORM! My workouts are always different, some days more challenging-I like the way she mixes things up to workout every muscle group! I'm so excited that I'm now using a heavier K-bell! Tera and I have set personal goals for me-and she encourages Great Nutrition along with exercise-we are tracking my body fat and measurments-which have both decreased since I started! The Kettlebell workouts are such an awesome way to get your weight training and cardio at the same time! You get an awesome workout without feeling like you are dying or can't go on! This is a great exercise for men and women of all ages-
I also want to say my "mental" health is so much better also! I feel so good mentally when I'm done and It's great having someone help push you to the limit-the feeling is great when you accomplish that! Tera is awesome-she is a blessing to many people in our area by offering personal classes as well as groups. She has an awesome energy and encourages you to do the best you can!
