Boris did a great job with the workshop. He is very knowledgable and was excellent at conveying that knowledge to a large class in a short amount of time. He was also very attentive to the safety of the class knowing that most of the attendess were very new to kettle bells. Great job Boris, we look forward to having you back.

From all of us at CrossFit IOWA, Boris' workshop was a hit! I can't express how great it was to learn from a Pavel instructor. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, made quick adjustments to the class's needs, and stayed after class to answer more questions. We are excited about learning more from Boris and feel lucky to have attended his workshop.

Boris did a great job, he was very informative and easy to understand. He gave good instructions verbally as well as demonstrated what the exercise was, he also used students to demonstrate so he could instruct during the movements easier. He moved through the instruction in the time allotted for the workshop, he quickly made adjustments due to the large number of participants in order to keep progressing and get a workout in at the end. Excellent job!!
