Fred recently returned from Bosnia where he was the Agent in Charge of protective service teams for 5 seconded US Ambassadors. He has a background in both the United States Marine Corps and with 11th and 20th US Special Forces. Fred is an instructor with the highly regarded Gung Ho Chuan Association, a Marine Corps hand to hand combat association that provides old school hand to hand, knife, stick and weapons training to police and military. He has trained anti-terrorist and counter narcotics teams in Central and South America in close quarter battle and physical conditioning. Fred had an extensive amateur boxing career both as a fighter and as a trainer. His return to the US in August of 2006 allowed him to team up with his son Greg who owns and operates the Train Station Fitness and Jersey Shore Brazilian Jiu-jitsu in Belmar New Jersey, well known for developing fighters with good hands. The Killians joined forces with UFC contender Kurt Pelegrino in his effort to create a fighter dynesty in New Jersey. Fred also instructs courses in close protection and close quater battle with Spartan Group based out of Newark NJ. Fred believes in the RKC system and the equation that progress is made only through consistency and intensity. "THE WEAK SHALL INHERIT THE WIND. The strong shall harvest it"
