10/10 Better than ever!

The Return of the Kettlebell, dare I say, is better than it's predecessor! To me that implies firstly, that Enter the Kettlebell was awesome (and it was). Now ROTC picks up where ETKB left off and turns up the heat by about 100 degrees. Demos by Kenneth Jay was a cool suprise, and his quick insights and dialogue with Pavel are priceless. The section on proper squatting makes this book & dvd a home run. Don't wait, buy your copy already ;)

Okay,where do I start? When the book and DVD arrived at my door, I could not wait to start reading and learning from this new source of kettlebell info. I read the book clear through from beginning to end. Each page to me was loaded with the best workout info. To me Paval has more knowledge in his little finger than all of us have in our entire minds. When I finished the book I headed for the basement to work on the basic doubles routine, and the word is WOOOOOOOOW and WOW again!!!!!!!!!!!! This is what I have been waiting for,workout routines that really test my endurance, lungs, heart, joints, ligaments, tendons, and every other part of my body that can be hammered with kettlebell workouts. I started with cleans,Fantastic,then clean and press,exhausting, then the double snatch,talk about getting a butt kicking,the basement floor was really cool as I lay there in a puddle completely whipped. I did one set of five with 35lbs,then 44lbs.. Ladies and gentlemen this is a real man's and woman's workout. If I can do these routines at the age of 69 the rest of below me in age should have no excuse. So suck it up and get with it!! Of course you have to be a real man or women to do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. Only real men and women Accepted!!!!!!!!!!

Pavel had done it again! With the help of demonstrating the exercise by Master RKC Kenneth Jay make the content easy to understand and follow. Pavel and Kenneth explain all the detail so well! If you only using the single kettlebell snatch or one hand swing, you should try the double kettlebell snatch and double swing. This exercises will definitely burn your muscles to the roof! The book and the dvd shows all the technique you need to know. No matter men or women would get benifit with it! Thanks to Pavel and Kenneth!
