I am a National Titleholder in my sport (Beach sprinting) and knew I could improve with greater flexibility. I had already dropped my 100m track time by 1.5 sec after using info from "Naked Warrior" and look to gain more benefits from "Super Joints".

Already the section on assessment has given me an indicator on the areas I need for improvement. I now appreciate the difference between joint mobility & muscle lengthening and have used 'Pink Panther' to immediately improve hip ROM.

As I am also a Sprint Coach I now have a greater range of weapons in the arsenal to carry my athletes to higher levels very rapidly.

Strength, speed, mobility. I also have 2 National golds in Beach Flags. (Look up Beach Flags on Youtube to see what I mean)

The movements described and shown can be felt to improve joint health in just a short while. The DVD is nice in how it shows what the movements are supposed to look like; it is also good for when you feel like just following along once in a while. The book though includes good detail as to some of the more minute details of the movements which make big differences. All in all a fantastic set which thoroughly compliments itself.

I do sport acrobatics and aerial acrobatics. Predictably such activities involve a lot of strain on my joints and they require a lot of flexibility. Since reading super-joints I've altered my flexibility work and added a joint warm-up before I practice. I've found that I have no more joint pain and I am comfortably getting into positions that I previously struggled with.
