"H2H II is American ingenuity at its best. You will not believe the things one can do with a kettlebell! Awesome for conditioning and resilience!"—Pavel Tsatsouline, author of The Russian Kettlebell Challenge
To the best of our knowledge, Jeff Martone is the only person outside Eastern Europe who practices the lost art of Kettlebell Juggling. On this rare DVD he demonstrates 50 innovative and progressively challenging H2H Kettlebell drills that will catapult your explosive strength, stamina, hand to eye coordination to a whole new level.
Martone is a former senior instructor of the Agent Candidate Physical Training Program for the nuclear security teams of the US Department of Energy. One of the first Americans to be certified as kettlebell instructors, Jeff successfully implemented kettlebells into the program. Then he started developing the H2H KB drills featured on this DVD.
When Martone took the position of the Physical Training and Combative Coordinator at the Direct Action Resource Center, the largest urban warfare training center in the US, Jeff started teaching the H2H kettlebell techniques to various federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. They were an instant hit among the people who rely on their conditioning for their lives, which has prompted the production of this DVD.
The H2H drills will add a new dimension of variety, enjoyment, and intensity to your current high-repetition Kettlebell routines!
