10/10 "knows her stuff"

When we had Diane check our form, we were glad to find simple yet major tweaks on how we do the basic kettlebell movements. In a nutshell, she emphasized the importance of body awareness and attention to the smallest of details in doing the swing, for example. The use of visual cues and being conscious of body alignment made my swing more natural, while staying true to the hardstyle principles. Then we touched on the C&P, the Goblet Squat and the Snatch where she offered tons of advice. She is definitely a most knowledgeable coach and trainer. Very highly recommended.
