I began kettlebell training at Iron Core in La Jolla, CA under the instruction of Brett Jones, Senior RKC and Sarah Lurie, RKC. I feel very fortunate to have had hands on training by such experts! Kettlebells have been a great tool to use during the training for fitness shows since they give you long lean muscles. If you are interested in using bells to train for competitions, shoot me an email! I also just goI assisted at the September 2007 and October 2008 RKC's and will be going to the RKC II in June of this year. I will also be going to the Level II (I-phase) Z-Health certification that month. I opened Condition Kettlebell Gym in Atlanta, GA in October 2007. Check out the site at www.gymcondition.com. RKC's Stephen Belan and Diane McCoy also teach classes there when they aren't busy being attorneys and graphic designers. Stephen and I will be shooting a Beginner's Kettlebell DVD this Spring - to be released in July - spinning kettlebells to busy professionals. We are using what we have learned teaching kettlebells to the Atlanta working person over the past year and a half.

10/10 Looking for an example of exemplary form? Look no further

By Lou McGovern / San Diego, CA

Delaine has trained with the best and it shows. Her ability to execute kettlebell drills and her dedication, initiative, discipline and knowledge (of both kettlebells and nutrition) continually motivate and inspire me. She sets a very fine example for everyone that she trains.

10/10 Don't be fooled

By Andrew Read RKC Team Leader / Melbourne, Australia

Looks can be deceiving. It would be easy to be fooled by Delaine's size or looks.

That would be foolish. Beneath the blonde hair and cheerleader good looks is the brain of an engineer and the passionate heart of one of the most dedicated RKCS I've met. She has an uncanny ability to think in precise terms and convey those ideas to normal people and get them moving better quickly.

Watching Delaine teach is always a pleasure and I'm proud to have worked alongside her. She has a great knowledge of the RKC system and is developing into a strong leader within our community. Seek out Delaine any chance you get and don't be fooled by appearances!

10/10 RKC Kettlebell Champion

By Stephen Nepa / Charlotte, NC

Delaine to me is a Champion and Ambassador for the RKC community. She's eagerly passed on to me tips, cues, routines, and programs that make me a better practitioner and instructor. She commits to creating learning opportunities to newcomers and enthusiasts not only in the greater-Atlanta area but in the Southeast by offering a full schedule of group classes and a calendar of workshops and seminars that seem to constantly bring the best and brightest RKC minds through the South. Delaine, you are an inspiration to me. Thank you for your friendship.

10/10 Delaine Rocks!

By Christine / Atlanta, GA

I've become a kettlebell enthusiast, thanks to Delaine! Her knowledge and passion for kettlebells is contagious! I haven't felt this good since high school (and I turned 30 this year)! If you're in the Atlanta area, check out Condition - you won't regret it!

10/10 Ahead of the curve

By Doug Nepodal, SR RKC / Carpinteria CA

Delaine was an instructor for our team at the San Diego RKC 2009. She helped our team through a grueling weekend that nobody would have survived without her help. Her kettlebell knowledge is second to none and her attitude is outstanding. We had a great weekend putting the hurt on our team and the whole cert.

If you live in the Atalanta area you should make it your mission to train with Delaine; your kettlebell form will never be the same.

10/10 Iron Mind

By John Devitt / Santa Clarita, CA

Going to the RKC in La Jolla this August of '09 was my second time and as an assistant instructor. I had the great pleasure of working as an assistant along side of Delaine. My headline says "iron mind" because that's exactly what I think of when I think of Delaine. Her eye for precision and excellence brought out the best of our students. She is such a valuable assest to the RKC family....GO Delaine!

9/10 THANKS!!!

By Neal Zumbro RKC / Wrightville Beach, NC

Thanks to Delaine for her help at my RKC workshop. I look forward to visiting her gym in Atlanta next time I am back home.

10/10 Great RKC Team Assistant

By Anna Dornier / Pleasant Hill, CA

Delaine was one of our team's RKC assistants at the 2009 San Diego RKC. She answered all our questions and helped us improve our technique tremendously. I wouldn't have asked for anyone else. Thank you for everything!

10/10 THANK YOU!

By Emmanuel Pedro / Cypress, CA

Delaine happened to be one of the Assistant Instructors with Doug Nepodal during my experience in the San Diego RKC 2009. Delaine was very attentive to the small things and showed me a few things to help me better my form. I was provided with a few of my A-ha moments. If I was still stationed in Ft. Benning, I would definitely ask for Delaine as a trainer. Thank you for all your patience and high level of standard in teaching our team in San Diego.

10/10 enthusiasm, knowledge and strong example

By Mike Biorn / Atlanta, GA

Not much will get me out of bed at 5:30am after 4 or 5 hours sleep, but I'm usually up before the alarm on KB mornings. I actually wish Delaine offered more 6:15am classes.

Delaine's enthusiasm, knowledge and strong example inspired me to work out at Condition after taking an intro class on a whim.

A few months later, and I've made more progress than I had in the previous 4 years of running, cirucuit training and free weights. KB is a great tool for self-improvement, but only if you know how to use it -- Delaine will help you get it right!
