10/10 Practices What He Preaches

Since joining TNT Fitness Results, I have looked to Brandon Serwe for fitness advice and motivation on several occasions. He is very knowledgeable in his field, and that, paired with his personality, makes it easy for Brandon to build a positive rapport with his clients.
One aspect about Brandon that is unique is his ability to insert an element of fun into each workout. He encourages clients to enjoy working out while proving to the clients that they are capable of taking their workout to new levels. He knows the right words of encouragement for each individual, and he continually offers corrective tips in regards to form as well as the theory behind each movement.
Overall, Brandon is an excellent example of a trainer who lives the lifestyle. In addition to being an approachable and conscientious trainer, Brandon has proven to be one of the fittest and most driven people I have ever met.
10/10 It's All About the Attitude

Besides being a terrific and knowledgeable trainer, Brandon is an enthusiastic and witty person just to be around. It's nearly impossible to not have fun and enjoy even the roughest of workouts while training under Brandon. He's also an active and accomplished competitor in challenging fitness events. And being a grad of my alma mater at UW-Madison, he gets an extra point for that, too.
I met Brandon through Derek Toshner at TNT Fitness Results as Brandon is an associate trainer there. I had been training with Derek for a few months before I was able to start with Brandon as well and I think that they do a great job of complimenting each other. Both are quite different in their styles of training and lifestyles, but share the important traits of being dedicated to your overall fitness and motivating you through challenging, non-routine, and meaningful workouts.
Especially if you're new to kettlebells, workout classes, or the gym in general, Brandon is the kind of guy that will make it easy for you to transition in while also making you feel right at ease and welcome from the get-go.
10/10 BRANDON = PROFESSIONAL ATHLETIC TRAINER

I have been going to TNT Fitness Results in Fond du Lac since February 2009, and have Brandon as a trainer many early morning workouts! I also have gotten to know Brandon through a professional group known as Business Networking International (BNI). It is a group of business leaders that meet each Tuesday to pass business referrals to each other. Brandon represents TNT at those meetings, and is professional and fun to listen to. He often brings a kettlebell and demonstrates key moves, and once he even demonstrated a tractor tire flip! Brandon is a recent graduate of UW Madison's Kinesiology Department and was 'Athletic Trainer of the Year' his senior year. Given the number of students at UW Madison, that is no small feat. Brandon has always kept the workouts interesting, and tailors the workout to what he knows you are capable of. I hope more people have the opportunity to get to know Brandon and appreciate his knowledge and abilities as much as I do! He leads by example, completing the Madison Ironman this past September. He's truly a great example of a committed, dedicated human being. I can't wait to see what he's doing in 10 years. He's someone to watch!
8/10 Leads by example

Brandon has studied under Derek Toshner of TNT Fitness Results and has been leading our 5:30am class. The class is anything but, routine. Brandon is a positive motivator and leads by example (recently completing the 2009 Iron Man competition in Madison, WI).
Anybody who can keep you motivated to exercise at 5:30am three days a week has got to be at least an 8 out of 10.
