Attending Anna's entry level class to KBs was a great experience. She did a great job addressing the needs of all the students attending the class, ensuring that everybody had the proper technique before going all out with a nice workout to round up the session. Her teaching style is very hands on and her enthusiasm and knowledge kept everybody motivated. I will definitely consider Anna for an advanced level class once I'm ready for it.

I have done kettle bells before, but not like I did with Anna. She really worked on my technique which had literally fallen apart since the last time I worked out 4 months ago. She was patient (extremely important in my case) and she really made me feel like I worked out without all of the exaustion. I realized, I don't think I was ever doing it right and that is why I didn't get the results I wanted. Loved the session of kettle bells. I only wish I lived closer to do the camp!
I've been practicing and it feels great! I'd highly recommend Anna to any of my friends or family.

If you want kettlebell instruction from an expert, Anna is your instructor. She analyzes the movements and gives specific cues to correct your form.
Anna was genuinely concerned that every single person in the class was performing the lifts properly.
The workouts she designed for us were very challenging and fun at the same time. The music she played was a motivator too!

Anna did a great job teaching to many fitness levels. I am amazed at the quality of the kettlebell workout in just 20 minutes. I plan to continue practicing and taking more classes with Anna. I would recommend her to friends.

Anna is a great trainer. I would reccomend her to any one of my friends and family members. she is very supportive and really made me feel comfortable while training with her.
Anna introduce me to kettlebells and now that I know the benefits of training with them, They will be a huge part of my fitness training. Anna workshop was great and enjoyable. I really learned alot from it and look forward to taking more kettlebell classes with Anna.

Anna is a very competent, attentive trainer. Exercising with kettle bells require expert knowledge to perform correctly and safely. Anna creates a friendly, comfortable environment while keeping everyone in proper form. I am no stranger to exercise, and I am a bit sore from my first experience with kettle bells. They will definitely get your heart rate up in no time. I recommend trying it whether you are a beginner or veteran fitness buff.

I have been working out my entire life. I have always enjoyed learning about ways to change up my workouts. I had not heard about kettlebells until I met Anna. Anna invited me to one of her workshops.
What intrigued me was the abilty to get a full body workout in a half an hour....at home! I am very busy so this really interested me. So I signed up for Anna's workshop.
Anna is an incredible teacher and did a fantastic job taking us through every movement of each exercise. She broke it down and made it easy to understand, safe and ensured that we would get an intense workout.
I absolutely loved it, felt it the next day and I am looking forward to doing kettlebell workouts for years to come. Thank you Anna....you're awesome!!!
