Aaron Larmore is a very knowledgeable and professional individual when it comes to working with the individuals that take his classes or the athletes that attend his camps. I have attended some of Aarons kettlebell classes and have been extremely surprised and pleased with how difficult the training can be with the correct instruction. Aaron is very creative and energetic when leading his classes and keeps the people motivated and interested during the classes. He is the one who introduced me to kettlebells and convinced me that kettlebells are a useful tool that can be used with anyone from individuals wanting to get in better everyday shape, and high class athletes looking to improve strength and power. I now own two of my own kettlebells and use them often because of Aaron and his introduction he gave me to the world of kettlebells. I highly recommend him and his coaching and training abilities!

Aaron has taught me how to use the Russian Kettle Bells on a multitude of levels. He has demonstrated how they can be used as a precursor to facilitate the difficult movements implemented in power lifting, how they can be used with the general population regarding strength training, that they are a fun alternative to traditional weight lifting, and how they can be used in my own work out regiment to shock my muscles and avoid complacency that can come with traditional work outs. The Kettle Bells allow me to train large muscle groups rather than isolating one or two muscle groups for a total body work out that calls upon both my cardiovascular and strength endurance. The knowledge that he has given me has greatly changed the way in which I approach exercise prescription and planning even in my own workouts.

Aaron is an awesome guy that's always there to help. Incredibly knowledgable and driven to constantly improve and expand that knowledge. His clients love him and for good reason. He's very good at what he does. His kettlebell workouts get results, simple as that. His repertoire of kettlebells and biomechanics his second to none in the Southeast Iowa Area. I would refer him to anyone that wants to get stronger, move better, and live a healthier more fulfilled life.

Aaron earned his RKC, and as some standout candidates are, he was recalled for duty as an Assistant Instructor at the April 2007 RKC in St. Paul. During these 3 days Aaron displayed an uncommon degree of discipline while disposing of the trainees like a coroner with spent latex gloves. He layeth smack down on all 8 subjects in our group even before I gave the order, and he could not get enough. When the General called me in to prep the massive attack on the entire class, Aaron took charge of my post and did an outstanding job in the process. This young man is fully capable of taking the safety and welfare of any student into his good care, and delivering a solid product on the other side of the training.

I suffered a back injury. I am a late-40-something and was keeping weight off by running, but did no strength training. In my job, I mostly stand by a counter or sit in a chair. I thought I was in OK shape (because of running), and then I lifted something I shouldn't have. After months of back and leg spasms, climbing stairs was difficult, running was impossible. My family doctor referred me to a neurosurgeon for a blasted disk, but I really wanted a better alternative than back surgery. So I decided to look for a trainer, and Aaron's bio included rehab on sports injuries; I immediately signed up for a few sessions. Aaron explained possible causes of the injury and developed a treatment plan of progressively more intense stretching exercises and core fitness workouts with kettlebells. Aaron fully explained each movement with the bells and how to increase repetitions and weights progressively to increase my strength without further injury. I cancelled my doctor's appointments. After a year, I continue with classes and also have my own set of bells at home. Aaron's classes help to keep motivated and add new excercises, and he continually suggests changes in improper or potentially harmful techniques. I have been pain-free for many months now and really consider myself to be in the best shape since college (probably better).

I was introduced to kettlebells by my husband. I had an interest in learning to use them but was a little intimidated. After joining Aaron's class last summer I am TOTALLY addicted! He was patient and encouraging while I learned and then pushed me to reach my physical goals. It was the hardest thing I have ever done but I had a great sense of accomplishment after each workout. Feeling energized, lean and ready to take on anything! Kettlebells is definitely my workout of choice and I have them at home for my daily workouts, but I will sign up for every opportunity to take a class with Aaron!

Aaron's his kettlebell workout is challenging, fun, and effective. Everyone, from accomplished athletes to regular folks like me, will get excellent workouts from his program. Kettlebell exercises provide a great full-body workout at any fitness-level. I am not very coordinated or athletic, and I really don't enjoy weight-training at all, but over the last year and a half, Aaron's kettlebell program has helped me tone and increase overall fitness--and I had fun doing it! This is due to the effectiveness of the kettlebell program but mostly because of Aaron's tremendous motivational skills. He tailors the workouts to my fitness needs and pushes me to challenge myself and my fitness, and his encouraging attitude keeps me coming back and working harder. And the results speak for themselves: I've lost almost 15 inches!

If you want a work out that will challenge you to take it to the next level this is a great work out for you. I have been doing kettle balls for 6 months now and i can tell that with in that time i am in the best shape i have been in, in a long time. The fact is Aaron knows what kind of workout to give you great results. he is a great guy and have fun doing the kettle ball class or any thing he may teach you. Every penney that you spin is worth it. with his programs he can help you to be in the best shape and by able to put on a good amount of muscle. i will always be addicted to kettle balls and i have Aaron to thank for that. you put in the time to this work-out and you can have great results.

I am beginning my 8th week of working out at Pro-Fit with Aaron - I am hooked! It is tough to get up for an early morning workout, but so worth it! I have belonged to large gyms that offer everything. I much prefer Pro-Fit over any workout in my past. Aaron is really supportive of all abilities. He differentiates the workout and kindly corrects my form if needed.

My muscles are sore but in a good way. After two weeks, I noticed a difference in my body - my clothes fit differently. I am constantly encouraging friends and family to check it out - that is how I got started - thanks Yolanda!

I have a few goals: to complete one pull-up without assistance; to not be the last runner to return to the gym; to improve my baseline stats from my first physical fitness test; to compete in the Warrior Dash next Spring

Aaron's workout is for anyone who can commit to return for another workout - I promise you will be happy with the results. It's back to the basics like we did in elementary gym class plus Aaron's customized kettle all/weighted ball/weighted rope plan - it works - even for a full-time working mom!

I have been to classes at many different gyms but the unique workout experience that Aaron has brought to Pro-Fit is downright awesome. Aaron provides his expertise to make sure each individual is utilizing proper technique. Aaron also provides alternative methods to most exercises to maximize your current athletic ability. From farmer walks to renegade rows to swings, jerks cleans and RDLs there are so many different and unique kettlebell exercises that Aaron has extensive training and expertise on to challenge your athletic ability. I just wanted to take a minute and let everyone know what an amazing instructor Aaron is. He is a very good teacher and really takes the time train you the right way. That is very important when you are doing CrossFit activities (very easy to mess something up). I also enjoy that he has different workouts every time I come to the gym. He is with you through the whole workout and corrects/pushes you to do better. I like the gym and the attitude that he brings to the table. He for sure the best kettlebell instructor in the area. On a side note, I was impressed at how strong you feel doing his workouts. Much improved core and general athletic movements. If you want to get in shape and try something new I would look hard at Aaron and ProFit Gym.

I am a gym-rat, having competed in the sport of gymnastics through childhood to my college years at Iowa. I have worked with a number of coaches and strength trainers over the years, but Aaron is the best! Not just for his in-depth knowledge and skill level, but for the personal connection he makes with every client. I joined Pro-Fit on a Friday, but wasn't able to get to my first class until the next Wednesday. When I walked into Pro-Fit, Aaron said, "Hi Stephanie!" - which blew me away! He remembered my name! At all of the other gyms I have been associated with I felt like a number, it's not this way with Pro-Fit. Aaron intently listened to my "injury list" and accomadates when instructing me, yet keeping me working to my full potential. Aaron is an all-around personal and genuine guy. I know that one day I will be able to say "I knew him once, and he knew me!"

Aaron does a great job of preparing the WOD's so that they each build on eachother and work each muscle group throughout the week. Not only does Aaron insure good form for each activity but he also keeps them exciting, it is hard not to continually want to come back for more! The overall fitness that is achieved in his workouts is very impressive and it is because of Aaron's dedication to his field and the people who attend his classes.

I was stuck in a rut thinking I was just going to be chubby the rest of my life but things have changed. I have been going to Aaron's gym for almost two years now. I have lost about 50 lbs. and gained strength, balance, endurance and most of all reduced stress.

Aaron is so knowledge and passionate about kettlebell / cross-it training. He provides encouragement and makes sure you are training to benefit your health. I recently got my husband to join. He is an old football player with many surgeries for injuries behind him. He has limited flexibility and strength from the wear and tear of being an athlete. Aaron has him progressing well by adapting the training to fit his needs.

I HIGHLY recommend Aaron to anyone, any age for their fitness needs.

I was introduced to Aaron and Pro-fit gym a few months ago. My husband had been working out with Aaron for a few months prior and was really enjoying the gym, Aaron's, workouts, and finding the variety in the workouts to be just what he needed. I was intrigued by the style, and was looking for the challenge to get back in shape. I have always been involved in competitive sports and working out, but after having two kids fairly close in age, I didn't make the time to keep it up over the past 3 years. My previous workouts included spinning classes, running, and free weights, but nothing like I have experienced working out with Aaron . I have been over the top impressed by the gym, the challenge and variety of the workouts, and mostly impressed with the passion and care Aaron has for every members well being and leading us to achieve our goals. I went in looking to lose the extra pounds from my pregnancy, now that those stubborn pounds are gone, Aaron has helped and continues to push me to increase my overall strength. There are days I look at the WOD and shake my head but as always, I walk out "Thanking" Aaron! His knowledge is exceptional in putting together balanced workouts that give you an everyday challenge! Started working out with Aaron around a year ago and have had great results! I was a track runner in college and love to workout and after starting with Aaron have seen huge improvements in strength and just LOVE the workouts. They are very challenging and keep me coming back for more. Never a dull day and always something new and fresh! I got pregnant with our 4th child about two months into these workouts and continued to workout with Aaron the entire pregnancy. Aaron was very helpful and would modify any exercises that I couldn't do. I have worked out during each pregnancy and honestly this pregnancy was the best yet. I didn't have the back pain and huge discomfort like I did with the others and the only thing different was working out with Aaron. I felt great and am recovering after the pregnancy very quickly. I would recommend anyone to come try out his classes and you will love seeing the results!

I knew I would enjoy Aaron's circuit workouts since I came from a CrossFit background. But coming from working with strictly barbells, I had no idea that I would actually enjoy working with kettlebells. In the 3 months, since I have joined Pro Fit, I have moved from using the 14 kg, to solidly using the 20kg kettlebell during most WODs. Now, that is progress!

I love the fact that Aaron challenges you every single day and that your body has no idea what's coming. He really makes it a point to make it feel almost like a personal training session within the group class. Aaron helps you not only make goals, but reach them. Plus he really listens to you if you have any medical issues. Trust me, I have had issues with past trainers, but Aaron is different. Try it out, you won't be disappointed!

As a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, I am familiar with a variety of gym set-ups, workout programs, and fitness philosophies. I have been very impressed with Aaron and what he does at ProFit! He offers a group workout that's fun, challenging, and social, while at the same time connecting with each individual, offering personalized guidance and support. ProFit is definitely not just a group fitness class!

Aaron performs assessments on the members regularly so they can track their progress with strength, endurance, power and body stats (% fat, measurements, weight). Knowing this information is useful and motivating for setting and achieving fitness goals.

Aaron is a very skilled coach--he knows proper technique and form, which he explains and demonstrates clearly. I frequently see Aaron giving individualized guidance and modifications to participants. His friendly and approachable manner help participants feel like they're not just a number, but a real person with real abilities and goals, which he strives to help them achieve.

It speaks very highly of Aaron and ProFit that I, a personal trainer who has many resources to choose from when I workout, chose to join ProFit. I did this because, in addition to the things listed above, Aaron designs workouts that are diverse, fun, challenging and effective. I have learned from Aaron professionally, and I have gained strength and lost body fat since being a member of ProFit.

I started with Aaron December 1st of just last year. I have learned so much from him and been so empowered by the skills he teaches and the confidence that it builds in me. I am working out at my age in a way that I never would have thought possible. He truly gives the sense of genuine care for his clients and wants to help you achieve all the goals that you set for yourself and instilled in me a confidence to not be afraid anymore to try things that I once thought were out of my scope. I cannot imagine not continuing on this journey to reach my goals with the help and guidance I know he is capable of providing to me and all his other clients. Incorporating in the nutrition that he has helped me lose 25 pounds additionally since I started and so very close to my goal of 40.

His workout is like no other workout I have done. He has a different line-up everyday which keeps me interested. The workout is challenging, yet fun. I have never been interested in a cardio workout or running, but he knows how to put it into the workouts in small increments, so people like me who really do not like to run can handle a quick, walk, jog, sprint, which is much more my pace. I really do enjoy weight-training and have noticed greater energy and endurance in everyday life. Aaron's kettlebell program has helped me tone and increase my overall fitness--and I have fun doing it! This is due to the motivational skills the Aaron possesses, I really like when he gently redirects me to perform the excercise to prevent injury, or notices if weights are too heavy or not heavy enough. His encouraging attitude keeps me coming back everyday.

I love to try new types of exercise and had never done kettle bells before joining Aaron at Pro Fit. He is a wonderful instructor who is able to both verbally and visually show his students exactly how to perform each exercise. Aaron truly puts the "personal" into being a Personal Trainer. He only wants what is best for you as an individual. He will work with you and make the best plan, option for you no matter your circumstance. His classes challenge and motivates you to continue to push yourself beyond what you thought you could do.

Aaron instructs you, making sure to drive home the specifics to ensure you do not hurt yourself, and yet you get the most out of the exercise. If you have injuries or challenges, adjustments are easily made to ensure you still get a workout without doing more harm.

I have had great success while working out with Aaron in the past 18 months. I have seen weight loss, and body changes that continues to drive me to come back. I am more fit then I was, and look forward to more changes.

It was important for me to have someone that would be able to work with me from the beginning and push me where I ultimately want to go. Aaron’s knowledge and compassion allow him to instruct his classes so everyone in attendance reaches their full potential. His workouts are amazing in that you can attend as many times during the week due to his creativity in the different focal points of muscles. Aaron has just the right balance of motivation and instruction. The use of kettle bells in work outs was new to me before Fit2Live and they are such a versatile tool. Workouts are always variable with the kettle bells which makes it impossible to get bored with workouts. I have found that I have improved my strength with Aaron as my instructor. He is also very thoughtful with suggestions/alternatives to a particular exercises when needed.

My training experience with Aaron Larmore has been nothing short of exceptional. His has what appears to be an exceptionally broad base of knowledge coupled with an outstanding ability to communicate the correct techniques to make cross fit training a success for the novice athlete to the the elite participants. Each work out has been an interesting challenge. They are always achievable but require the mastery of skills and the motivation to perservere. Aaron made every effort to provide both. It is rare when one finds a trainer who possesses Aaron's unique abilities coupled with an enthusiasm that inspires those he is training. I feel lucky to have participated in his cross fit classes and will certainly do it again given the opportunity. He has truly taken an interest in my fitness and nutrition and has been a major motivational force in my personal training. I applaud his approach to health and fitness.

I knew nothing about kettlebells and nearly nothing about free weights when I joined Fit 2 Live a year and a half ago. I have gained a lot of strength since joining and have progressed in my ability to use kettlebells and free weights. Of all the instructors I have had, Aaron is the one who consistently can explain a move to me in a way that I understand it and can correct my mistakes. He also has the ability to supervise a group of people who are working out and give each of them personal feedback to help them improve. I am grateful for the help he has given me.

I have been a member of the gym for a year and a half and love it. Every workout is something different, you never get bored. Aaron and his staff go above and beyond to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and help you modifiy as needed. They help motivate you to finish the workout strong and you feel terrific afterwards. I had knee pain and could not squat when I first came to the gym. Aaron helped me with exercises outside of the gym to strengthen my knees and I have had absolutely no pain for over 8 months and can do squats now. I love the kettlebells, they help strengthen everything and are actully fun to use. I have not had strong arms and doing some of the barbell exercise were too much so I would use the kettle bells until I could do the barbell. I would recommend Fit2Live Gym to everyone, young and old, as you just feel so much healthier and alive after the workouts. I am actully living now, instead of going through the motions. Several years ago I had an extreme surgery on my leg/knee. I was told I would never jog or run again. I met Aaron and he told me I could and would be able to do those things if I worked hard to build the strength I needed. Aaron is the person who taught, coached and trained me, and I was able to walk better and jog again. Without his knowledge and expertise, I don't believe I would have made it. Along with that, I have never been this fit in my life and I am 56. He can determine a personal need and construct exercises just to fit you. Personal training is both expensive and difficult to negotiate with a busy schedule, and so Fit 2 Live is the perfect alternative for those interested in completing a personally-designed work-out at a fraction of the cost. It also offers convenience by providing an array of daily class times that members can participate in; I love the fact that I can attend an early morning class one day and an afternoon or evening class the next and have no need to set up an appointment or register. This flexibility is extremely important for me and an incentive as it allows me to fit my work-out into an ever-changing work schedule.

The work-outs are challenging yet appropriate, with a nice blend of strength-training and cardio; Aaron does a great job of working different parts of the body, so it's possible to attend classes 7 days a week. The variety in the routines also helps with motivation, and the classes are fun and educational. A truly unique gym and outstanding instructor.

After starting my career, working out went to the wayside. I was referred to Fit2Live by a coworker and instantly fell for the workouts. I don't generally like to "work out" since my self motivation is pretty low, but that's the beauty of Aaron and how the gym is set up. Aaron is there with enough motivation for the both of us and lays out a fresh set every time you walk in the door. Holy moley! Never used the kettlebells before Aaron introduced me to them and they are terrific. I've spent a fraction of the time getting back into shape using these bells than just using a machine. After a kettlebell day, I ache all over but the staff has done a great job of teaching recovery methods physically and nutritionally. My goal starting out was to get back to my Martial Art, Hapkido, and I have, thanks to Aaron. Now I've set a new goal: to work on receiving my black belt. Best part is I know Fit2Live/Aaron will be an integral role in acheiving it and it'll be because of their dedication to me.

Among other things, Aaron is an excellent Kettlebell instructor. I have achieved new level of fitness by following Aaron's expert advice with kettle-bell based exercises and exercises for strength and conditioning in general. Aaron is also very approachable and provides excellent support and guidance. His attention towards form and technique while still cutting new comers a little bit of slack is incredibly motivating and encouraging. This is exactly what helped me ease into Kettle-bell workouts. During our workouts, Aaron will walk around on the floor correcting everyone's form and supporting everyone with his encouraging words. Aaron is also great at actually explaining why a particular excercise should be done in a particular way and what muscles should be engaged. For me knowing the science behind a particular exercise helps with form and technique. I try to follow workouts by the book and having Aaron around is just what I wanted.

Aaron made a huge difference in my life. I have been a decent amateur golfer for a year or so. I started to work out with Aaron at Fit2Live this past winter and he put me to the next level. I increased my ball speed by 15 mph, which is around 30 yards longer. Not only have I been able to hit it farther, I am more accurate and I needed X flex shafts (usually needed for professionals). WIthout Aaron I would not be where I am today, and his ability to make a program where I can improve so much is incredible. I gained 15 pounds of muscle and became so much stronger. A few of the lifts to see the biggest increases were my back squat (150 pounds heavier over one winter) and box jumps (up 16 inches to 50 inches). Aaron is a great trainer and I am so happy that I found him and Fit2Live. He has helped me become more fit and much, much stronger. My only regret is that I started so late.

I met Aaron through a colleague of his from the gym where he worked before opening Fit 2 Live. She became one of his first staff members and encouraged me to try one of the Fit 2 Live workouts. The workout was totally different than almost every workout I had experienced over 30 years. It involved kettlebells(KB) as one tool in an array of full body movements designed to improve strength, stability, endurance and flexibility of a participant. The workout(s) structured by Aaron and done as a class for groups of people 6-8 times a day was unique to our community at that time. I was and remain very impressed by this accomplishment, especially his desire to promote this concept as a community health initiative. I was 63 when I first touched a KB as Aaron taught us swings, snatches and Turkish Get Ups. Today not a session goes by without Aaron reminding us(and his staff) about KB form and technique. I spent many years in many different gyms working out. I didn't know what a great workout was until July 2009 when a co-worker told me about a new gym he belonged to. After hearing what he said, that afternoon my wife and I stopped by Fit2Live. We were met at the door by a trainer, taken on a tour of the facility, had the philosophy of the gym explained to us, and then put through a workout. That was it. Bam! I have been going almost daily since. Aaron's knowledge of Kettlebell exercises (and proper technique) amazes me. Also I have not been able to find a fitness question that he couldn't answer. His ability to design workouts that are fun, challenging, and effective is wild. Every workout has a purpose. He watches you every step of the way. Aaron has been great to work with. I showed up about 6 months ago with a recurring lower back injury, and he spent a lot of time working with me to get some rehabbing exercises that I still use to warm up, today. I've graduated up to the normal Crossfit class and have been healthy since (knock on wood). I've seen Aaron work with a variety of people, ranging from athletes to older individuals, and he shows humor and patience with the entire range, but doesn't let people cheat themselves. He is also quite good at verbalizing what people need to do in order to get more out of the exercises; some other instructors can't articulate clearly what needs to change.

I moved to Iowa from Oregon and had never heard of Kettlebell classes. I had been running and lifting on my own for about 3 months when I saw one of Aaron's fliers at the gym. I tracked him down and asked him about the class. He had me come to an intro class and that was all it took for me. I was hooked on the classes. Aaron's knowledge of the various exercises and the pace at which the classes are run make them very challenging and enjoyable. I started Kettlebell classes because of an ACL injury to my right knee. After nearly 10 months of rehab, I felt I needed strengthening beyond what I was able to do with machines. Aaron's Kettlebell classes are fitting the bill. He's great at making sure your technique is good so new injuries don't occur and as a 50+ yo member of the class, I still feel engaged in the class and I'm definitely starting to get stronger. My core and other extremities are also getting the best work-out of my life and it's a great time. I'm definitely hooked. What you need at my age is something new and exciting in the fitness world to keep you interested and challenged. I met Aaron and was intrigued by the Kettlebells classes, but apprehensive about trying them because of extensive knee injuries and surgeries. I am am an elite boxer, and have been training for 7 years. Two years ago I began training with Aaron, and for the past year we have been using mostly Kettlebells. Since working with him I have seen a huge jump in overall strength and explosive power. In his classes he uses what I like to call 'motivational criticism' so that you get the instruction you need while staying motivated. I came to Aaron knowing very little about weight lifting, putting on muscle or staying in shape. After about 5 minutes of chatting with him he had a complete plan worked out for me including a class called kettlebells. I'm 20 years old, a firefighter, and I have begun training for the Army's Special forces and I can tell you that I wouldn't trust anyone besides Aaron to help me bulk up. I am fortunate to have been personally trained by Aaron in a traditional gym setting, then on the kettlebells. In both cases, Aaron is extremely good at what he does, and creates challenging and effective workouts. I have been a competitive swimmer for over 40 years but had to take a brief hiatus after being diagnosed with liver cancer and receiving a liver transplant. I had lost a lot of strength, endurance, coordination, and self confidence. For 2 1/2 years after my transplant I have been lifting, swimming, biking, running, and doing countless exercise classes. I was searching for "The Magic Bullet" that would catapult me back into the shape I once was. Everything I did improved my health, but not to my satisfaction. Now I truly believe Aaron has introduced me to THE form of exercise that will be the catalyst to help me transform myself back into the swimmer I know I can be. His expert instruction, plus his calm encouraging demeanor, makes his classes fun and exciting. He truly cares about everyone in his class, and everyone for him, and it is evident in the effort and determination his students show. The class is filled with individuals of all levels of fitness, and Aaron can instruct to everyone equally, so everyone gets their maximum possible workout. Everyone gets the same amount of attention, and although the term "easy" and Kettlebells don't mix, he tailors the workout to everyone's need, even the beginner.

The Kettle Ball classes with Aaron have been amazing! Usually in fitness classes I'm always looking at the clock to see how much longer we have until it's over. Aaron does a nice job of changing things up for every class so that we aren't "bored" doing the same routines over and over again. He does an excellent job of pushing us above and beyond what we expect from ourselves, and in turn making us feel like we are getting results more quickly. Since taking his classes, my core is stronger and I feel MORE FIT than when I was a collegiate athlete at the University of Northern Iowa. My body is toned all the way up and down.

When a friend of mine asked me if I wanted to join a kettlebell class I was very apprehensive. I am not an athlete. The thought of running in out of the rain exhausts me sometimes. As someone fast approaching 40 I realized it was time to do something, anything! So I joined Aaron's class. I was pleasantly surprised. Aaron was funny and motivating at the same time. He took a class of athletes and girls like me and made us all feel good about ourselves. Aaron is a great motivator & doesn't listen to any whining. I had a goal to run my first half marathon. Aaron helped me with the strengthening so I would have power while running. He also set goals for me during the week for running so I would stay on track of the amount of miles I needed each week. I had a time I wanted to complete the marathon and with Aaron's help I accomplished my goal. The kettle bells are really neat even though I do get scared thinking I will drop them on my head. Aaron always knows the exact weight I am able to handle and pushes me so I improve with each lesson. It is amazing how it does cardio and weight strengthening at the same time. I am a nurse at a hospital and one night lifting help was requested for moving a patient weighing over 350lbs. I was the only person available so when I entered the operating room to help move the patient the surgeons laughed since I am not very big. Well they were not laughing after I lifted higher than any of the others. I might be small but I am mighty due to Aaron.

I was introducted to Kettlebell through my mom. We have done 3 sessions together. I was having terrible lower back pain before I started; however, after a few sessions with Aaron it was feeling much better. I have done Tae Kwon Do for about 20 years off and on, but this is a totally different workout. In no time you can feel the results. Not only did I feel better and move without the pain in the lower back, but I was losing inches,weight, had an increase in energy, getting toned and building muscle. I have not experienced such a fun and exciting time of working out. If you get to the point of exhaustion or don't feel like going on, he pushes you and you get that extra step done. It's fun and I look forward to doing it again. I would highly recommend you try it.The only thing you will be out is weight/inches and have so much to gain- muscle, energy and a work out.

I was looking for a way to exercise and get toned, when I came across Kettle Bells. In no time your heart rate gets up and you can feel your muscles getting a work out. I've taken 4 sessions with Aaron and have found the workout that truly works. My muscles have gotten toned and I've lost several inches. After working all day and feeling worn out you can go into a Kettle Bell class and sweat and get a great work out in a short time and walk out feeling revived. It has helped build the strength in my arms and legs. Aaron makes the class fun so you don't always know how hard you are really working. He knows how to get you to give it your all. When I first met Aaron, I told him I needed to get back into shape for college volleyball after taking a year off, so he suggested I join the kettlebell class. At first, I was unsure that kettlebells were going to provide the cardio workout as well as the strength workout I needed, but I was wrong! I was in a class with people who had completely different needs than I did, but Aaron was flexible and created a workout that challenged each of us specifically. I tried Kettlebell because I have a neck condition that limits the exercise I can do with out causing pain. It was very hard at first and Aaron let me start at my own pace. To my surprise I was able to do two 4 week sessions and had almost NO neck pain at all. Best I felt in 5 years.
We had several levels of experience and fitness in the groups I attended and Aaron was able to individualize for people w/o slowing a session down.

Aaron does a fantastic job teaching the classes. Its fast paced but he takes time to correct movements and stances. I highly recommend his class, to anyone, from the smallest to the largest person; you will make gains. In one 8 week class I added at least ten pounds to every freewieght lift I was doing. Your body becomes more toned and your cardio improves also. So if your workouts have planed off and your not seeing the gains you want, take Aarons class, if your just starting to workout, take Arrons class, and most of all if your wanting something new and fun, take Aarons class.

I met Aaron while I was searching the ACE website for trainers, I was looking for a trainer to come into my home to work with me because of the extremely difficult hours I had at work made it impossible for me to make it to a gym to work out. He introduced me to kettlebells and I have been hooked since. He is very knowledgable, enthusiastic and fun to work with. He is also very flexible with finding time for me to workout!!! Now that I have a more set schedule I have moved to taking the kettlebell classes at his gym--wow!! The open gym allowing for advanced cardio + strength training has really kicked my workouts into high gear. I never get the same cardio work out with free weights or machines like I do with the bells, its so nice to get both those workouts in one! Aaron really focus's on technique and is always taking into account proper form especially if you've suffered an injury. The definition I see in my muscles has significantly improved since being involved with Aaron and kettlebell training. Aside from the above though, Aaron is one of the best trainers because of his great personality, his fun encouraging disposition makes it easy to make it through even the toughest of workouts!!

Last winter I joined Aarons kettlebell class, it is the best decision I have made in regards to my fitness and health. I have found kettlebell to be the most efficient workout I have ever done! It's challenging, a great cardio workout as well as a strength training workout. On days I'm not doing kettlebells, I may put in 2 hours of exercise, doing a cardio workout, then a strength training workout. Aaron will put me through a class where I feel I have accomplished the equivalent of those 2 hours in half the time. Aaron motivates me. He pushes me. He makes me feel great about myself and what I've accomplished. Aaron has a way to make you work hard and have fun at the same time! Each class is different, I'm always impressed with his knowledge and how he mixes up the classes. I look forward to my classes with him! Aaron knows the people he's training. He takes care to modify when heath issues warrant. I trust him so much that Aaron is also training my son. He takes great care with all athletes completely, from their training, to any special health concerns, to their nutrition. My son has realized gains in strength and his overall fitness level. I was not prepared for how amazingly difficult, yet fun, this Kettlebell class would be. The workouts changed every session, and Aaron was never lacking on enthusiasm and encouragement. He was in a partnership with every person in the class- making sure that he did all he could to help them reach their goals. I loved the class so much that I would bring new friends each week to class to show them this amazing new workout I was doing. On my wedding, I got many many compliments on how wonderful I looked, and I owed it all to Aaron's Kettlebell class, his enthusiasm and commitment, and the ability of the Kettlebell workout to completely shape and tone my whole body.
